Joe spoke about the program “Thank You Durham”.  He highlighted several members in our club who have significant contributions to our community. The program is simple – go to the website phdurham.com and nominate someone.  Worthy recipients will receive certificates of appreciation, and possibly a visit with coffee and cupcakes just to say “Thank you”.
Joe also offered some suggestions for  using our Food Truck event to thank past volunteers such as the Pan Am games volunteers – invite them to come out
